• Where can I get certified to teach through an alternative route in Nevada?
  • The Commission on Professional Standards in Education is looking into the Alternative Route to Licensure which we call Conditional License under Nevada Administrative Code NAC 391.057 and NAC 391.058. Basically, the state allows local school districts in Nevada to request the Superintendent to implement an alternative route to licensure plan for teacher candidates in shortage areas or hard to fill subjects.
